A cluster industry/occupational program that provides for a sequence of secondary technical core planned courses in Tech Prep. This program prepares individuals to apply knowledge and skills in the communications field. Instruction is provided in the basic skills in a variety of areas associated with communications such as visual and performing arts and telecommunications. Instruction includes, but is not limited to, electronics theory and technology, trouble shooting techniques, computer operation and maintenance, data transmission, circuit wiring diagrams, communications, mathematics and physics, concept design, layout, paste-up, computer graphics, photography and making and producing of films and videos.
